"Lingwa Taċelħit"[immodifika s-sors]

Can we disuss this page on mt.wikipedia? Thanks and regards Leli Forte (d) 22:06, 31 Diċembru 2020 (UTC)[wieġeb]

Yes of course sir Leli Forte -- Ayour2002 (d) 22:35, 31 Diċembru 2020 (UTC)[wieġeb]

Thanks. Maybe we can start with the title. I assume that you are a speaker of the language. Does the ċ has the sound sh or ch in English? Is the ħ pronounced? The other thing Lingwa is feminine, so should it be Lingwa Taċelħita? By amazigħija presumably you mean Berber. The Maltese name for Berber is Berberu/a/i, nobody would understand amazigħija.

Merci.

Leli Forte Im not a natif speaker of the language , but since i do speak moroccan arabic that i found very close to Maltese i desided to start learning maltese as im a languages lover. I'm so sorry if i ever made any mistake on the article., i wanted the write an article about my native language in Maltese and also contribute on this wiki as well.
Concerning the ċ yes it has the ch/sh sound and the ħ is prononced like in the name of Muħammed. I dont know if it should be Lingwa Taċelħita or no but if its the case then we can change it. Also we can change the amazigħija to Berberu.
Thanks -- Ayour2002 (d) 16:34, 1 Jannar 2021 (UTC)[wieġeb]

The sounds of sh and ch are not the same. Is it as in shemsh (the sun)?

Les sons de sh et ch ne sont pas les mêmes. Est-ce comme dans shemsh (le soleil)?

Leli Forte (d) 16:45, 1 Jannar 2021 (UTC)[wieġeb]

Leli Forte Yes exactly like in shemsh (the sun) or in She in english, and we can change the amazigħija to Berberu as well --Ayour2002 (d) 16:51, 1 Jannar 2021 (UTC)[wieġeb]

In Maltese sun is xemx, so it's probably also Xluħ not Ċluħ.

Leli Forte Yea i see ,alright then its gonna be Lingwa Taxelħita i suppose --Ayour2002 (d) 17:41, 1 Jannar 2021 (UTC)[wieġeb]
