Carissimo Sarvaturi, prima di tutto, mille grazie per il tuo messagio. Per rispondere alla tua domanda in modo semplice, l'ortografia maltese segue (in modo generale) quella italiana. Però, i nomi e aggettivi nazionali (come hai ben notato) ed i nomi geografici, in maggior parte dei casi, si scrivono con la maiuscola: Taljan, Ingliż, Malti, Sqalli e poi Baħar Mediterran (mar mediterranio), Baħar l-Aħmar (il mar rosso), Afrikan (africano), Ewropew (europeo) etc. Vuol dire, allora, che in questo caso scriviamo kimika organika, elemento chimico, etc., (propio come le voci chimica organica, elemento chimico, etc., in italiano). Ho notato che ci sono delle redirect in almeno una di queste pagine in maltese, che possibilmente, ti hanno confuso.
