At least in Europe, the (narrow sicle of the) crescent Moon is visible after sunset, and, consequently, it cannot possibly accompany Venus as Morning Star. (The illustration of course shows the crescent Moon.)

Very possibly matters are different when viewed from the Earth's Southern Hemisfere (e.g. Australia).

Therefore I must regard the caption to the nice picture as misleadning. Either the words are mis-translated (from what source?), or they derive from Australia.
