Thanks, they are actually both stati għalihom.. see the english page, what happened technically is that the republic "serbia and montenegro" ceased to be, and the two member states "serbia" and "montenegro" are now independent entities.. 「ѕʀʟ·！」 23:18, 14 Lulju 2006 (UTC)
