"Reconstitution of two cremation burials discovered in the Phoenician necropolis of Tyre el-Bass. Urns were placed inside each grave pit. Iron Age II (900-550 B.C.)
1. Grave pit enclosing a Cypriotic cinerary urn covered with two plates, two jugs and jar fragments. Inside the urn a faience scarab was placed with the incinerated remains. An engraved limestone stela depicting the Egyptian symbol nfr "good and perfect" was located in the border of the grave dated between 900 and 800 B.C.
2. Grave pit containing two cinerary urns and a jug. Two plates covering the urns were used as lids. This grave was dated between 775-730 B.C."
